Can I use my own design?
Yes. Share your logo or print-ready artwork when requesting a quote. We will confirm the artwork requirements for your chosen cup, and you approve a digital proof before anything is printed.
What if my artwork is not ready?
You can request a quote first and share your artwork later. Tell us what you have in mind and we can discuss the next steps.
Are the prices shown final?
The prices on this page are indicative and exclude VAT, which is added at 20%. Your digital proof and print plates are included, and delivery is free to a single UK mainland address. We confirm everything in a written quote before you commit.
Which lids can I have?
Choose “With lid” and the price includes a lid for every cup. Dome, flat and sip-through styles are available — tell us which you want in the enquiry and we will confirm it with your quote.
Can I have recycled or compostable cups?
Recycled PET (rPET) and compostable PLA cups are available and are quoted on request. Select the material you want and send us the configuration.
Can the cup be printed on both sides?
Yes. Choose “Double-sided” and the price updates — it adds a small amount per cup. Double-sided print is available on Standard lead time.
When will my cups arrive?
Standard orders take 5–8 weeks from artwork approval. Express takes 4 weeks and is available on 12 oz and 16 oz PET cups with a 1 or 2 colour single-sided print. We will confirm current timing with your quote.
